The three packages differ in the room view in Makkah and in how you get to the Haram. Flights and meals aren't included in any of them.

Prices are shown in USD at today's rate. Your card is charged in Saudi riyals (SAR).
Choose your arrival date, your nights in each city and who is travelling. You see the price for your dates before you pay.
You pay the full amount on the payment page. We book and pay both hotels the same day, so the rooms are in your name.
We send your hotel confirmations by email and WhatsApp. Send us your flight number at least 48 hours before you land, and your driver meets you at arrivals.
A room sold as Kaaba view looks onto the Kaaba. A room sold as Haram view looks onto the Haram. A partial view counts as neither. If your room isn't the view you booked, we'll get the hotel to fix it or refund the difference to a standard room.
Tell us within 24 hours of check-in so we can fix it while you're there.
You pay once, when you book. If either hotel can't confirm your room, you get a full refund. We start it the same day we find out.
Card refunds reach you within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.
Your driver is waiting when you walk out of arrivals. If they aren't there within 30 minutes of you clearing customs, we send another car at our cost and refund the transfer. If you'd rather not wait, take a taxi, send us the receipt, and we cover it.
We need your flight number at least 48 hours before you land.
Tours are fully refundable up to 24 hours before they start. Transfers are fully refundable up to 7 days before you travel. One WhatsApp message or email is enough to cancel.
Hotels follow their own cancellation policy, shown before you pay. If you add an eSIM, we email it to you straight away, so it can't be refunded.

Each hotel shows its walking time to the gate. Your driver is booked before you land and speaks English and Arabic. We also help you book your Nusuk permit.
You pay the full amount on the payment page, in Saudi riyals (SAR), through Payzaty, our Saudi payment provider. There is no deposit. You can pay by card, mada, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or STC Pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate. You see each hotel's cancellation terms before you pay.
